Every year in a similar fashion to the great migrations of Africa, millions of people from all over the world flock to Ibiza. They carefully ration their money and their leave days to join a global community of travelers all looking for the same things. Sun, sea, sex, alcohol, & house music. They exchange dollars and pounds for priceless experiences, genuine scars, and unforgettable memories, fully knowing that their lives will never be the same again. Whether you want to find yourself while watching the sunset at Cafe Del Mar, or whether you’re looking to lose yourself in Eden, Space, Amnesia, or Pacha. One thing’s definitely for sure, you best be careful what you wish for. Because in Ibiza, you just might get it.
You see, the thing about Ibiza is that anything is possible. It’s a place where the night clubs are temples, the DJs are Gods, the dance floor is life, and everyone just so happens to be moving to the same rhythm. It’s a place where everyone is unified by one common element, their love for house music.
Name any house DJ worth knowing, and they’ve mostly likely graced the island with their presence. Name any house label worth knowing, and they’ve most likely colonized the island with their sound, leaving it somewhat better than it was before. For the house music lovers who’ve been there, or as we’d like to call them, the “initiated”, there are no words to explain to others just how relevant Ibiza is to the world of house music. It’s a pilgrimage that every house music lover should make at least once in their lives. So to the “uninitiated”, there really isn’t anything more left to say. Our only suggestion to you is to ration your clothing, your money, and your leave days, to go join a global community of travelers all venturing into the unknown, to exchange dollars and pounds for sun, sea, sex, alcohol, hangovers, and house music.
