Ylvis’s The Fox And Other WTF Music Videos
When we first heard this song, our instant reaction wasn’t one of joy, or repulsion. Nor was it one of awe and amazement. Oh no! You see, our initial reaction was more along the lines of what the F*** is this. It was like our favorite bedtime story was suddenly transformed into a house song. Actually wait…that’s exactly what happened!
And then the music video came out. And as if the song wasn’t trippy enough, the music video just so happened to have those very same animals from our favorite bedtime story in it. And yet again ladies & gentlemen, our reaction was not one of joy, repulsion, awe, or confusion. Instead, once again, our reaction was what the F*** is this.
But then, this got us thinking. It got us thinking about all those house music videos that we merely just accepted at face value, while in the back of our minds, they nagged like the sound of the fox in Ylvis’s music video.
