Their voices have inspired us, enchanted us, and gotten us in the mood to get naughty, get drunk, and get down on the dance floor. House music has seen its fair share of vocalists who’ve graced many a track with their singing prowess. They’ve brought meaning to words in a way that only they can. They’ve captivated us with their melodic story telling. And they’ve sent our imaginations into flight, leaving us lost in the wonderland of their voices.
Yeah we know…you don’t really need vocals on a house track to be filled with all those warm mushy feelings we’ve described above. But let’s be honest, house music wouldn’t have the same emotional depth without the help of the Inaya Day’s & Josh Milan’s of the world. And more importantly, there would be no house songs to sing in the shower, or house lyrics to mess up at Karaoke. And just between the two of us, nobody wants to live in a world like that.
