When the average person thinks about the new year, they often mark down a few events of significance in their mental calendars. Events, that will probably come to define their year and give it meaning. These events range from wedding anniversaries and birthdays, to public holidays and Christmas. Ok ok ok…these events are important, however as house music lovers we tend to have calenders of our own, calenders, that mark important events in the world of house music.
With that said, there are very few things that house music lovers look forward to more than Ultra SA. Since its introduction to the SA masses early last year, Ultra SA seems to have eclipsed many other events on the South African house music lovers calender. It introduced us to a house music wonderland of the likes many of us had never seen or heard before, bringing us closer to superstars such as Martin Garrix, Afrojack and Nicky Romero. It thrust our very own DJ’s onto the center stage of house music’s biggest event, solidifying South Africa’s status as one of the major house capitals of the world.
On the 13 & 14 of February 2015 we will once again be treated to the musical spectacular that is Ultra SA. And just in case you haven’t as yet wrapped your head around that, we’ve decided to give you a taste of what you can expect from your favorite DJ’s this year. So get your glow sticks out, turn up the mixes, and enjoy!
